• Preparation/Review of books with Xero, Quickbooks and Sage.
• Preparation/Review of VAT Working Files and VAT Returns
• Designing the Management Accounts on Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly basis as required by the clients.
• Finalization of Year end Accounts with all control accounts of Balance sheet Items-Debtors, Creditors, Fixed Asset Schedules etc. along with all Major reconciliations related to PAYE, NI, Pension, VAT Reco, CT Reco, CIS Reco etc. with CT 600 Calculations.
• Preparation of Financial statements as required by law with the softwares like Taxcalc, Digita and IRIS etc.

• Handled tasks of preparing final accounts and generating final accounts with the help of finalization software Taxcalc/IRIS.
• Analysis of Income and Expenditures of clients with regards to trends, abnormality and Various Ratios.
• Reviewed and analyzed financial statements to identify potential discrepancies.
• Prepared monthly financial reports for management review.
• Analyzed general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness on a regular basis.
• Reconciled bank statements to general ledgers on a monthly basis.

• Critically review the Management Accounts containing Balance sheet, P&L Account, Aged receivables, aged payables, VAT workings, Payroll workings etc. prepared using various software’s like SAGE, QUICKBOOKS and XERO etc. and used to give the suggestions for accounting and presentation errors.
• Review of Bookkeeping jobs completed by accounts executives of various teams to ensure that the completed assignments are free from Accounting/Presentation/Calculation errors.
• Co-ordination with Management Accounts and Bookkeeping teams for monthly VAT filings with HMRC and providing VAT Tracker to higher management with my suggestions/comments.
• Co-ordination with teams for Year End filings with Companies House every month and provide Year end Tracker to higher management.
• Prepared monthly Error log for the work performed by all the teams and consolidating them for reporting purpose to higher management.

• Handled applications for filing appeals, service tax returns, and GST registrations and returns.
• Managed accounts receivable and payable, reconciled bank statements, and prepared financial reports.
• Performed general ledger reconciliations on a timely basis.
• Reported on financial results including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements.
• Coordinated with external auditors during the annual audit process by providing requested documents and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles guidelines.

• Conducted tax audit and statutory audit assignments, prepared income tax returns, and performed accounting and auditing tasks.
