on customer PDS (policy disclosure statement) and sum insured, validate proof of loss, repair
invoice or quotes and other necessary documents, issue settlement of claim based on customer
preference EFT or direct payment to vendor and closure of claim
• Work as adjuster adjacent to onshore team in claims management process by assisting with
different activities ranging from lodgement of claim, reviewing received documents from customer
to determine applicable coverages, exclusions and policy sum insured, following up with customer
over the phone or via Email for required proof of loss and repair/replacement quotes and verifying
customers preferred method of indemnity, issuing settlement as per customers preferred method
via EFT or direct vendor payment and finalisation of claim
• Communicate with customers and onshore stakeholders over chat and email to clarify information,
follow up on pending documents and provide updates on claim status
• Review for red flags and Issue payments up to DOA ($500,000)
• Support as back up for triage team by ensuring timely assignment of FNOL to meet TAT
• Assist new hires through nesting phase
• Assist with data collation work for team productivity calculation
