  • Responsible for greenfield implementation of BoltTech HK project.
  • Managing a team of more than 15+ team members along with development manager.
  • Main responsibility was to support & train entire team as they were new to Sapiens/IDIT suite and project is having a tight deadline of go live before March 2024.
  • After go live production support and phase 2 implementation as well

  • Responsible for the entire Solution Engineering Team (SET) activities.
  • For the first 2 months worked as developer along with team management to get a knowledge of the product of Suntec.
  • Had to manage a team of 20 members working in different projects with 4 team leads.
  • Responsibilities include managing the daily scrum meetings, ensuring of sprints going live on time for all projects, interaction with other teams including product, function, platform & testing.
  • Also involved in design review meetings, handling escalations, urgent production bugs etc.
