Description: Streams Portal is used to Make chat, calls, Send Voicemails, Send Fax, Send SMS, ACD Calls, Unified Live Monitoring, Data Storing and Sharing, Make and receive audio and video calls to/from anyone, anywhere! Conduct conference calls, web meetings or share your desk seamlessly.

Engaged In: 

• Selenium with Java Test scripts development in TestNG framework, Chrome Extension Automation, Uploads using Auto IT scripts, Generated loggers and Reports using Log4j and Extent Reports, Html reports in TestNG.

Title: Streams API (RestAPI with UI interactions)

Description: We have given API where Client can access Call Recordings, Call Detail Reports, View Agents and Groups info in the Account, Send SMS, View the SMS-History and CTC Calls.

• Used CRUD operations (GET, POST), Performed Load Testing and Rate limit Validation, OAuth 2.0 and Grant types, Validation of the response body, response time, error code.

Title: Graphical Reports vs Lifetime Data Reports (Selenium with Java - Parallel Testing)

Description: Graphical reports is the advanced version of displaying Streams user activities in easier manner, which consist multiple filters & tabs for user calls and usage per Day, Week, Month or date picker it shows, At the same time you can compare one streams user activities with other streams user activities.
