I’ve been leading end-to-end production across a wide variety of games, with a strong focus on slot titles for both iGaming and land-based platforms. From concept through launch and live ops, I’ve helped build and ship products across several global markets.
I regularly support Product Managers with game design, manage reskins for social casino games, brainstorming features, game mechanics, monitization and handle multiple projects across 10+ clients in parallel. I’m actively involved in bidding, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

I also manage non-casino clients like Scopely, Zynga, and more.
On the project management side, I:
• Define production roadmaps and timelines
• Track sprint progress, delivery milestones, and dependencies
• Handle risk mitigation, scope control, and quality checks
• Lead (along with my producers) daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings
• Conduct internal and external project reviews and retrospectives
• Maintain all documentation in Jira, ClickUp, and Confluence
In addition to day-to-day delivery, I’m involved in:
• Hiring and onboarding new team members
• Onboarding external vendors and partners
• Conducting regular company and client business reviews
• Supporting internal process improvements and team structure planning
I also manage cross-functional teams of artists, engineers, QA, and mathematicians, making sure we stay aligned, on schedule, and focused on quality. Whether it’s a new build, a large-scale reskin, or live content updates, I stay close to the production and always aim to deliver top-notch results.
