I conducted ethnographic research focusing on librarian interactions within institutional settings, particularly examining the changes in communication and behavior when engaging with foreigners compared to locals. Through a combination of participant observation and qualitative interviews, I explored how institutional practices and cultural norms influenced these interactions.

My research provided insights into the ways librarians adapt their communication styles, navigate cultural differences, and foster inclusivity in their professional environment. By documenting these patterns, I highlighted the dynamic relationship between institutional frameworks and intercultural communication.
