Architecture BIM Modeling

• Developed detailed 3D architectural BIM models in Autodesk Revit based on approved design drawings for residential villa and commercial office building projects.
• Modeled architectural components including external and internal walls, floor systems, roofs, curtain walls, glazing panels,doors, windows, ceilings, stairs, ramps, railings and facade elements with accurate geometry and material assignment.
• Maintained proper levels, reference planes, structural grids and worksets to ensure organized model structure and compliance with project BIM standards.
• Applied LOD 200-350 modeling standards and followed project BIM Execution Plan(BEP) guidelines including naming conventions and element classification requirements.

BIM Workflow & Model Management

• Worked with linked architectural, structural and MEP Revit models to maintain coordinated multidisciplinary BIM environments.
• Managed model accuracy including element parameters, material data, type properties and instance values for accurate scheduling and documentation.
• Updated architectural models based on design revisions, engineer's review comments and coordination meeting outcomes, maintained version control and model documentation records.
• Created and edited Revit families including custom door, window and furniture families with parameter controls to meet project-specific requirements.

Coordination, Clash Detection & Drawing Production

• Coordinated architectural models with structural framing and MEP services, reviewed spatial conflicts and participated in clash detection using Naviswork Manage.
• Updated architectural elements including ceiling heights, wall openings and floor penetrations based on clash reports and coordination decisions from interdisciplinary reviews.
• Generated door schedules, window schedules, room data sheets, area schedules and finish schedules directly from Revit models for project documentation.
