• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Conducted manual and API testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
• Utilized TestRail to create test cases and a test report to improve testing efficiency.
• Identified, documented, and tracked software defects using bug tracking systems such as JIRA and Azure.
• Ensured the system is tested to a high-quality standard by performing Sanity testing and End-to-End testing.
• Involved in Sprint meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
