• As Warehouse, Shipping, and Transport Manager at Qlink Nigeria, I oversaw end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely delivery of goods. I managed the entire lifecycle of service requests—including Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and DB access—by accurately identifying resolver teams and applicable policies, while keeping users informed and gathering their feedback to improve service quality. My role required strong prioritization, attention to detail, and effective communication to deliver a seamless support experience.
