• Control manpower and material resources to complete the work within schedule, quality, and HSE guidelines.
• Assign responsibilities based on the skills of the work force and mentor the team.
• Preparing permit documents, and JSA for the activities.
• Location identification as per the work pack.
• Coordinate with operations team and scaffolding team for the smooth execution of the work.
• Conducting tool box talk before starting the work.
• Monitor and ensuring the work is done safely.
• Reporting the daily work progress, deviation from resources such as man power, materials and equipment.
• Conducting inventory and storage of materials after work completion.
• Conducting Hydro test, Leak test, Oxygen freeing and System Drying, Line cleaning and post reinstatement including closing punch list.

• Block installation and assembling
• Arc welding & Gas Cutting

• Maintenance of all types of Valves, Vessels/ Columns/ Exchangers/ Pipes and other static equipment.
• Respond to emergency situations and perform effective troubleshooting to minimize production loss.

• Maintenance of all types of Valves, Vessels/ Columns/ Exchangers/ Pipes and other static equipment.

• Pre shutdown job handling.
• Decomissioning job such as blinding and de blinding, valve dropping.
• Maintenance of Heat Exchanger, Quench and Vapourising column and furnace
• Commissioning job such as blinding and deblinding, valve fixing back to the line
