● Patient Management: Managed and followed up on an average of 10 to 15 patients daily in inpatient and outpatient settings across various specialties.

● Emergency Care: Actively participated in managing medical and surgical emergencies, including initial resuscitation, stabilization, and definitive care under supervision.

● Procedures: Proficiently performed and assisted in common clinical procedures, including IV cannulation, Ryle's tube insertion, and urinary catheterization. Suturing minor wounds, Basic Life Support (BLS).

● Diagnosis & Treatment: Developed strong diagnostic skills by conducting thorough history-taking, physical examinations, interpreting lab reports (including CBC, LFT, RFT), and radiological images (X-rays, CT scans).

● Surgical Exposure: Assisted in major and minor surgical procedures, gaining foundational knowledge in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.

● Documentation: Maintained meticulous patient records, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with hospital protocols.

● Communication: Effectively communicated treatment plans, prognoses, and health education to patients and their families, ensuring informed consent and adherence.

● Helping other medical staff in performing their duties.

● Assisting the residents and senior doctors in major surgeries.

● Taking follow-up from the nurses about regular treatment and drug doses.
