• Increased volume in-sourcing by modifying the line to run Dove 340 ml SKU.
• Enhanced MTBF of sachet machines by introducing spline shaft instead of keyway mechanism.
• Reduced MTTR by keeping spare pick and place assembly and spout sealer assembly in sachet machines during PM.
• Achieved RR reduction targets.
• Improved energy savings in sachet and tube lines by leakage arresting drive from 2400 lt/min to 2100 lt/min.
• Coordinated the installation of a spiral conveyor at EOL, eliminating breakdowns.
• Created capacity to run Lifebuoy hand wash 750ml on a machine initially capable of filling 9gm, and set up manual fillers during the Covid crisis.

• QA/QC Operations:Proficient in managing all aspects, resolving issues, and updating periodically with actions/RCA.
• OEE Improvement:Enhanced bottle line OEE, reduced speed loss, and doubled speed in Sunsilk 340ml pack from 70 bpm to 140 bpm by introducing Autocapping operations.

• Presented a research paper on increasing efficacy of Hyperthermia treatment with the application of nano particles (Paper presentation related to thermal application in Cancer research) in 2nd sem at IIT Bhubaneswar seminar as a part of course curriculum.
• Currently working on Energy storage using phase change materials (PCM Materials) as my MTP Project at IIT Bhubaneswar under the guidance of Dr. Anirban Bhattacharya and Dr. P. Rath.
