Project 1: CRM NEXT - Customer Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining corporate relationships for the accomplishment of group objectives by the generation of business. Developing the track status of customer account-related deliverables in a single window, we have included Migration. This project was done to migrate the mobile banking platform from version 10.11.18 to 1.1.64. The complete database was migrated to a newer technology platform, and the UI of the complete site was changed, giving it a fresh and modern look, and providing ease to customers in navigating the functionalities. More control was given to businesses as an admin function was introduced, and most of the functionality available on the site could be managed by the admin itself.
Project 3: Product Re-Engineering and Application Development [Retail Loans]: Development of an application for branch users for login, sanction, and disbursal of retail loan products, such as personal loans, auto loans, and agri loans. Improved the process flow from generating leads to disbursement. Digitization of process flow in login, sanction, mortgage, and disbursement results in overall cost reduction and improves end-user experience. Overcoming compliance issues with regard to post-disbursement cases by introducing better process design and dashboards for MIS.
Project 4: Automation of Service Requests functionality at the branch level, creation of FD, status change of account, cheque book request, and closure of FD service requests are automated; hence, there is no manual intervention required. Implemented an online service request STP (straight-through process), which helps in updating the details of the user in real time at the source system end without manual intervention.
