Product development:

  • Create a new product according to market demands for sweet bakery mixes used in the bakery business using the project brief as a starting point.
  • Create a formulation using the given RM cost, focusing more attention to the new products' yield and CIU as the final products.
  • Handling the start-to-end cycle of new product development development from ingredient identification to formulation application, scale-up, and market trails till product launch.
  • Competitor samples are analyzed before the product development trail to identify the product attributes and get the desired product from the learnings.
  • Work with vendors to identify the right ingredient with the product specifications to perform in end applications.

Testing and process control:

  • Developed and tested new food products to meet customer needs.
  • Conducted shelf-life studies on various food products to ensure safety and quality standards were met.
  • Monitored raw materials during processing to ensure they met company specifications and regulatory requirements.
