AthenaHealth Rules 2.0 Program (Claim Adjudication): Migration of Perl based legacy system to decision model notation (DMN) to increase the performance of the application and to reduce developer involvement during maintenance phase by providing feature to edit the rules from business end
Responsibilities:
· Automation using python programming to reduce manual effort spent in various areas
· Developing plugins for pre-processor and post-processor using Perl programming and writing test cases to ensure quality
· Analyzing legacy Perl rule code and converting into DMN models
· Retrieving and creating claims to validate results produced by 1.0 vs 2.0 system
· Testing migrated code using regression testing and UI testing to compare both systems result and validate

· Automation of various processes like data backup, scheduled run, etc.,
· Client communication on weekly basis to report progress and status
· This has helped client to meet SLA with 95%
