- Company Overview: Lifion is ADP's internal platform built on Node.js (now shifted to Go) to serve the purpose of building next-gen applications at a rapid pace.
- Participate in the design discussions to design the basic/core HCM application.
- Designing and developing an approach to meet the customizations as per the customer.
- Designed UI screens along with the UX team to provide a seamless experience to the end user.
- Designed and developed Lightweight Integration, which helps users create integrations on the fly, where they can choose the data that they are interested in, select the type of integration, such as Manual Download or SFTP file transfer, specify the type of file, and format the data using Go Templating.
- The Lightweight Integration tool has reduced the manual effort involved in developing the integration from 40-60 man hours to 15-20 man hours.
- Worked on the APIs that handle an associate's data from hiring to retirement.
- Provided support to other members of the technical team in resolving complex issues.

CPP, Java, PHP, socket programming, a client-server model where there is a continuous flow of data (random number) from the server and received by clients, accepts multiple clients of C++, Java, PHP, and other languages too, threads are created whenever a new client connects to the server, and data starts flowing to the clients
Automated XML parser
Using AngularJS, parsing any given .xml file, and creating dictionaries with key-value pairs A dictionary of dictionaries is also created if more subkeys and values exist, one code for any given .xml file, and data is obtained in dictionaries and displayed using a few lines of HTML code with tabs if there are main tags
