Individually handled RCC work of 2 sale tower (G+ 28 incl. 2 podium). Construction of

residential tower by using an aluminum formwork system, with first Mivan Setting and

Maintain average slab cycle time may vary from seven to eight days. To target and assist in the

delivery of engineering excellence in safety at the assigned site

 In charge of looking after the construction Civil Activities of the tower.

 Taking the excavation handover from the excavation vendor & client

 Handling backfilling activity

 Handling architect and structural consultant checking with site team

 Handling a weekly meeting with K. Raheja with site senior head

 Giving a weekly plan to K Raheja in a meeting and applying the same on site

 Handling the site with the site team & subcontractors

 Keep maintain proper record of all permissions, a set of all working drawings, Architect and Consultants site visit

report, and instructions.

 Understand the construction program and assist in the drive to comply with or improve on the same.

 Clarification of plans & Drawings to the Supervisors and subcontractors and working as per the schedule.

 Monitoring and tracking of the schedule on daily basis.

 Identifying and highlighting the critical activities which are delaying the progress of execution to the seniors.

 Coordination with internal department as well as with client for timely releasing drawing on site, to bring

contractor on board for on time material delivery etc.

 Generation of various reports such as Monthly/Weekly progress Report

 1 tower completed in Godrej upvan( G+25) kalyan.

 1 tower completed in Godrej bayview from footing to 26 th floor.
