• Managed Fixture Change Requests (FCRs) including TM-FCRs, Visit FCRs, and coordinated Defect Liability Period (DLP) case management.

• Coordinated with Marketing, Operations teams, and Dealers for procurement of equipment and ensured timely execution via registered vendors and suppliers for New Store Openings (NSOs).
• Prepared as-built measurements and validated final billing for completed site works.
• Handled inventory finalization, consumables management, and oversight of factory supplies (including security devices and spec cards).
