Team leadership and collaboration
VSM : In 2021, a Project was planned on listing down some high level pointers for an efficient execution of VSM study, which involves identify customers, shadowing the process, brainstorming with team on optimization of process through kaizen bursts and improvements. I created project charter and project level SIPOC, detailing process steps and creation of VSM activity sheet along with classification of process steps as VA, NVA and VEA to find opportunity and elimination risk of tasks. This involved engaging with auditors by shadowing audit action to capture AHT for audits, where I was able to clearly identify 2 areas of opportunities. i) Refraining from keeping multiple tools open simultaneously. ii) Usage of Retail assistant as a single point reference for validation. Both these steps have been implemented by PR team result in saving of 15% in AHT.
Competitive Pricing Project (TR Region): During Q4'21, Business Quality team undertook a customer focused project where objective was to leverage customer VOC to ensure price competitiveness. This was done by promptly utilizing the customer inputs/URLs to identify any potential mapping gaps causing uncompetitive pricing. This project was limited to TR region but required 24/7 audit support between Nov 1st to Nov'15th. I volunteered to participate in this project. While working on this project, I learnt requirements related to the validation and close looping processes within 2 days, effectively leveraging the support of the project team and KT session provided by them. The quick ramp up helped with completing the assigned tasks accurately within the stipulated SLAs. By the end of this project, daily activities were effectively recorded and reported on a quip for stakeholders' reference. I received appreciation from stakeholders for my contribution in this project.
