Leadership duties

• Guiding and managing team of 10 engineers, responsible for competency assessment, performance management, staffing plans, and merit planning.
• Playing key role in team building by actively participating in recruitment and onboarded two Electronics engineers in Q1 of 2023, providing mentorship on defining objectives, goals, role and responsibilities of hardware development process

Technical Responsibility & accomplishment

• Accountable for supporting RFQ studies, analyzing hardware requirements, and performing technical feasibility assessments using existing hardware architecture
• Responsible for demonstrating hardware capabilities by actively participating in design reviews with OEM
• Conducting comprehensive design reviews to assess technical risks and ensure alignment of design maturity with production milestones
• Engaged in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including layout, mechanical, and EMC, to facilitate prototype and sample preparation. Collaborated with software team to ensure seamless integration of sensor interfaces. Worked closely with safety team to conduct EFMEA and DFA analysis
• Played significant role in contributing to development of solution for EMC-BCI failure analysis during Pre-DV sample
• Effectively resolved technical issue related to power supply deviation (Flyback converter) by redesigning control loop to achieve desired response

• Engaged in execution of ABS and EPS Build to Print projects.
• Executed various functions including schematic analysis and simulation, meticulous component selection (MOSFET, Film & Electrolytic capacitor) based on design parameters, and RC thermal modeling and simulation for battery management systems using PSPICE.
• Performed design calculations and conducted worst-case circuit analysis for current measurement block and MOSFET gate drivers

• Performed functions such as Circuit Stress Analysis, predicted failure rate according to MIL STD 217, Telcordia Standard, worked on FMEA and ensured calculation of MTBF, MTTF & MTTR

• Performed PSOL, Solenoid, Actuator Driving Circuit Testing, Assembling Power Supply Board, controller board and driver circuit board based on SOP also assembling & soldering of through hole and SMD components
• Steered incoming inspection of bare PCB and components, EOL, Functional Testing and Troubleshooting PCBA's & High voltage electrical test on a product
• Developed AC to DC converter to deliver power supply to Controller board and EVOC board
