• Review, Study and understanding the Project documents including scope of work/BOQ, GFC/Shop drawings, Customer proposals and contracts and arranging kick off Meeting to the internal team.

• Planning and scheduling of Resource (Men, Labour, Machinery) based on size of the project
• Raising the Material Indent/Purchase request in Salesforce/SAP and coordinating with procurement team for material sample and to ensure delivery timelines of materials are in line with our project schedule
• Conducting the weekly review meeting for the internal team and tracking the work progress by referring DPR and MSP schedule
• Preparation of Tender stage documents, Material and Budget tracker, cash flow, Variation statement, CIEG documents, Handing over documents of the project
• Follow-up with Consultants, Architect, PMC and Clients for submittal documents approvals and coordinating with suppliers/Manufacturer for technical clarification
• Reporting and updating the weekly report to Reporting Manager Coordination with ESCOM and CEIG department for obtaining Power sanction, drawing, Commissioning approval for HT/LT/SRTPV connections

• Responsible for HT works like Installation of RMU, Metering Cubicle, HT VCB Panel, Transformer, HT underground cabling and HT Termination.
• Responsible for LT works like Installation of Cable tray, Laying of LT cables & Termination, Fixing of Industrial plug sockets and Switch Sockets, Circuit Wiring and Lighting, Fixing of DB and DB dressing, Earthing, Shifting and positioning of LT panels as per approved Shop drawings.
• Responsible for Installation of DG sets and approvals from CEIG
• Getting Power Sanction, Drawing and Safety approval from CEIG Department.
• Extension of 11 kV Transmission line, setting up the Substation with HT Switchgear
• Preparation of Measurement sheets and Maintaining MIR, DC, Test Reports, Supplier Invoice.
