Assam State Tax:

This is the web application used for creating, amending, deleting, and revoking mandates used by IndusInd Bank.

IndusInd Net Banking and Mobile Banking:

This is the banking web application used to handle Internet banking and mobile banking of IndusInd Bank for various modes, such as transferring funds, adding beneficiaries, deleting beneficiaries, account information, debit card details, loans, fixed deposits, managing account details, lockers, privacy, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for writing and maintaining Selenium WebDriver scripts for regression and functional testing.

BDD framework using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Cucumber.

Implemented and maintained automated testing frameworks using Selenium with Java.

Conducted through regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.

Developed and executed comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Provided valuable insights and recommendations to improve overall product quality, and collaborated with developers to identify and resolve software defects.

Designed and documented test strategies, test plans, test case creation, and execution on different modules.

End-to-end testing on each module of IndusInd Net Banking and Mobile Banking.

I attended multiple deployments for the Net Banking and Mobile Banking modules, and I did sanity testing after completing the deployment process.

Client: IndusInd Bank.

Objective: Automate the AST webpage for mandates, and manually test net banking and mobile banking.

Tools: Selenium, Java, Postman, Jenkins, Git, JIRA.

Achievements: 80% test coverage, net banking, and mobile banking tested manually.

Onboarding Experience:

It helps new users understand the product, and when the new users are onboarded, they are taken to all necessary pages to know how to use the product. It also helped the user to get a better user experience of the product and to update all the details required by the company to ensure the customer details are valid or not.

RB Partner:

This app is used to onboard the partners and see the opportunities provided by the company and the deals available there, to see the updated policies and offers on policies purchased by the customer or are willing to purchase, and to raise the query if needed.

RB Saathi:

This app was used to onboard the RM, and schedule the meeting with the customers to add a partner.

Update on the meeting with reschedule, cancellation, and meeting reports.

It was a web-based application used to deal with multi-brand shoes and dresses, etc. User login and signup were required for the process. Latest deals and order descriptions.
