• Description: The chatbot are programmed that are designed with the purpose of engaging with the customers in human liked conversation. Thus chatbots are deployed by the businesses to interact with the customer and offer assistance.

Work History:

· Tested the application under agile methodology

· Tested and validated the software.

· Manual testing of software on both admin and client side.

· Tested the application with various Functional & Integrational scenarios.

· Involved in different stages of testing.

· Involved in design testing and validation through Zeplin.

· Involved in backend testing. API testing through Postman.

· Identify, raise and track bugs using defect tracking tool -Jira.

· Created comprehensive test plans and procedures to ensure coverage of system testing objectives.testing and UAT testing.

ULTRA: (March 2022-January 2025)

• Responsible for creating test code and order code for each attached test form in RITMs ticket through ULTRA Americans Lab application.
• Responsible for specimen routing to crossponding Instruments in ULTRA.

LTMS:(February 2025-till date)

• Responsible for creating Test Analyate ,Panel & mapping checklist .
• Responsible for Updation of analyate and panel.
• Q2 Solutions, the world second largest clinical trial laboratory service provider launched in 2015 through a joint venture between Quintiles and quest diagnostics. Ultra is a Laboratory information Management system (LIMS) which supports the laboratory by providing all services to manage Specimens received in the laboratory, Management of instrument Interfaces: sending electronics orders and receiving results from a myriad of different laboratory instrumentation, accepting order from and sending results to TOPCAT, LTMS and QLIMS.

Role: QA Engineer.

Duration: June 2016 to January 2020

Environment: GSM, UMTS, LTE, Application, Accessories, Performance and Compatibility.

Description: The Sonim phones are an ultra-rugged, LTE/Wi-Fi/Android Smartphone outfitted with features such as a touch screen that can be viewed in direct sunlight as well as a numeric keypad that can be easily used with gloves. Also, this phone meets Rugged Performance Standards (RPS) such as Long Battery Life, Temperature Resistant, Powerful Audio, Waterproof, Drop/Impact resistant and Resistant to Oils and Chemicals.

· Tested and validated different android application.

· Manual testing of android application such as Messaging, Phone, contacts, settings, camera, FM, etc.

· Tested the application with various Functional & Integrational scenarios.

· Experience in different device compatibility testing.

· Experience in Performance Testing of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Camera, & FM.

· Tested Bluetooth headset and wired headset interaction scenarios.

· Experience in collecting QXDM and Adb logs.

· Identify and track bugs using the defect tracking tool – Bugzilla.
