• Have worked in all three teams for Cummins: Production Support, development, and testing support.

Production Support—AMS Integration Transition Team.

• Handled critical incidents and have provided solutions to the user during live calls.
• Apart from Mulesoft, I am also familiar with ODI and SOA technologies and have worked on and handled incidents.
• Having hands-on experience and being well versed with tools like the AnyPoint platform, design center, and API manager.
• Have used SLA tiers, JWT validation policy, Client ID Injection and Rate Limit SLA based in API.
• Tools used: ServiceNow, Splunk, dynatraces, GitLab, Jenkins, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira.

Development - Incredibles team

• Have designed RAML, developed, tested, and deployed APIs.
• Have worked on change requests for existing APIs.
• Have hands-on experience with design center, runtime manager, exchange, Postman, and Jenkins.
• Also have worked on ODI, i.e., Oracle Data Integrator and SOA.
• Worked on SQL Database.

Testing Support - Justice League team

• Have worked and interacted with clients from different organizations and promptly fixed bugs and errors related to Mulesoft, ODI, and SOA.
• Worked on Oracle Database Integration Technologies.
• Worked on scheduling and monitoring ODI jobs and also have monitored SOA composite.

Vinfast

• As my first project, I learnt mulesoft in this project.
• Worked on small development tasks, change requests and dployment.
• Designed RAML and developed APIs.
