JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Manufacturing Engineering and Process Engineering for Chassis systems and Tool Management center.
• Directing the production team members and introducing efficient methods of production, in lines working according to suitable parameters for each product.
• Designing methods for maintaining or increasing production levels while improving production yields, quality and safety.
• Troubleshoot process problems and identifying solutions that reduce downtime and conserve maintenance costs.
• Monitoring process equipment to identity potential emirs and develops solutions to eliminate the reoccurrence of those problems. Designing and conducting plant trials to determine performance capabilities participation in ECR trails.
• Effective implementation of design practices to meet customer needs as per BOM. Implementing project schedules and plans in a timely effective manner.
• Controlled the daily production in the plant according to time, cost and quality related specifications and in consideration of the optimal capacity utilization.
• Identifying risk mitigation actions to reduce injuries. accidents, and hazards in the production environment.
• Leader for Various Projects SP, YP (CKD Line), QY,KY Decision making in design and development of New Equipment and facility required for the process Responsible for Process Optimization and improving efficiency by FMEA(Process and Equipment).
• Participation in various build events at R&D center and providing necessary facility and addressing the Quality concern to have flawless launch & smooth Production flow.
• Preparation of Standard Operation Procedures SOP, Regulations and Homologation.
• Calculation of Operation Efficiency and Cycle time for all Equipment to meet the required output.
• Providing and implementation of Best practise and cost saving ideas for enhancing workability, Productivity and Quality.
• Preparation of Optimized work Layout and Logistic feeding Layout based on necessity ldentified problems and recommended new processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT & INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING :

• Conducting process Audit for Assembly to smooth and defect production and Educating operator regarding consequences. Improvement of vehicle through FTTQ, supplier manufacturing auditing. Torque management (As per vehicle specification) and maintaining calibration schedule as per norms.
• Worked on Jigs and Fixtures for YPi (CARNIVAL) CKD, QY (SONET), and KY (CARENS) project.
• Establishment of Tool Management Centre. Checking the operational Tool and equipment (Torque Wrench and Pneumatic tools). Conduct job ergonomics evaluation and deliver corrective actions required (Ergonomics and workability analyses) Support Action. Coordinate Engineering changes. OTS & APS preparation support for Manufacturing Team as per change of UPH.

• Identifying vehicles complaint and cause explanation to the customer concern with exact root cause.
• Checking for schedule PM service parts, warranty claiming process with & TI(Technical Information.), S.I(Service Information).
• Evaluating the impact of work delays, interruptions or changes in plans to develop appropriate course of actions.
• General inspection preparation of estimation and explaining as per estimations, technical update accepting for repair approval.
• Delivering the vehicle with important job done as to make vehicle on Road (Requesting for P.O or Cash or Customer ticket Generating credit notice).
• Enquiring the status of vehicles about concern problem or feedback. Analyzing the warranty Issues & getting solved in mean time. Maintaining department job, carry out repair as per Technical guidelines of MAN.
• Grasping complete details of the breakdown vehicle. Maintenance of company vehicles 14 units(requesting fo parts. resolving Issues). Preparing Primary estimation for approval. After approval arranging technician to concern job & visiting multi Customers for general inspection of vehicles. Informing the customer about complaint and getting verbal approval.
• Once after completion of job, sending Actual estimation and request for Service charges. Handing marine Equipment failures.
• Maintaining Documents for marine Annual surveys. Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer Complaints. Timely completion and submission of all required documentation (reports,breakdown allowance, overtime).

• Associated with Svenska Tech Pvt Ltd GOA as service Engineer & site Incharger.
• Performed on site troubleshooting, service and repairs if necessary Online programming for controlling units.
• Provide on-site training to the customers. Responsible for maintenance of Wheel Loader, Excavators, Grader, ADT,Dozer, Ripper, Diesel Browser.
• Proactive planning for reducing breakdowns & ensuring availability of machinery all the day(minimum 22hrs per day).
• Maintenance planning, shutdown planning, monthly review and updating. Installation, Commissioning, stacking, maintenance of various equipment and machineries.
• Inventory Management of spares and estimation of machinery maintenance proposal (MMP).
• Obtained material and supplier scheduled preventative maintenance Work that optimized available manpower and equipment.
• Coordinating material spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of customer, requirement specification & offer evaluation.
• Handling technical issues related Mechanical Electrical & hydraulic complains of the machineries.
• Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
• Conduct audits including closing out audit findings reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
