Project - Project Support and Advisory Services to Planning and Architecture Division of Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority

• Prepared sector layout which includes sector plan, khasra details, sector landuse, area statement of different existing and proposed landuses and activities for multiple sectors based on existing allotments, cadastral maps, land ownership as per revenue records, as-built drawings, city landuse map, net and gross developable area within sector and on site constraints of physical features.
  
• Developed presentations incorporating calculations and visual representations on layout modifications to get approvals from BoD (Board of Directors) and to obtain consent from lesses/allottee of that sector for modifications in sector layout as per RERA compliance.
  
• Worked on landuse maps, infrastructure maps, existing and proposed road connectivity layouts, revisions in planning area boundaries for different layers and green belt of city, area calculations and presentations on review and modifications required in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Plan 2031
  
• Conducted assessments on site to verify plan accuracy and feasibility of proposed developments
  
• Prepared coordinate and layout maps on AutoCAD, details of site context on all four directions, details such as permissible FAR, setbacks and ECS by checking prevailing development control regulations and zoning bylaws required to enable projects FOR WHOME?
  
• Updated layouts of different sectors on GIS platform using import, convert or export into ArcGIS or AutoCAD data along with preparing shapefiles for individual plots to obtain building permissions, approvals and sanctions
  
• Preparation of Structure Plan for Layer II of city which includes length of roads, mapping of road hierarchies based on its ROW and land area to be acquired for implementation.
  
• Prepared and submitted detailed quarterly reports on status of targets set by engineering section for on site construction of various things such as roads, drainage, footpath, electrical and water supply ducts etc. by conducting timely inspections and surveys.

• Educating basic principles of Housing, Landuse Models and Concepts along with architectural responsibility of campus
• Used variety of learning modules and study materials to facilitate learning process and accentuate presentations.
• Took attendance, graded assignments and maintained student records to assist teachers with administrative tasks and maintain smooth daily operations.

Worked on development of inception and baseline assessment report, data collection along with site visits and consultations with around 30 stakeholders from different background for preparation of Master Plan and Sub Zonal Tourism Plan of India's first Eco Sensitive Zone at Satpura Tiger Reserve, Madhya Pradesh - project by Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board (MPTB)

• Worked on preparation of layout drawings, municipal drawings, conceptual designs for low rise residential, commercial projects.
• Consulted with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.
• Onsite inspection of material quantity and specifications along with construction techniques
