  • During the Pandemic we were able to keep all our clients staffed and none of the internal staff was let laid off.
  • Our recruiting efforts never slowed down averaging 25 new associates per week.

  • XPO Logistics- Palmyra- Took this account with 49 employees and at the end of my tenure I grew the account to 152 active associates. This is the highest number in record for this Client. All 3 shifts were staffed and the Client made Premier their number 2 provider to this day.
  • The account was depleted and disorganized and I put back in tract by increasing the headcount and Billable Hours.
  • My Management style won over the Client and in turn they started giving Premier more business.
  • By the time I was promoted the account had the highest numbers ever recorded.
  • I ran payroll and did all expected functions of the Onsite Manager stipulated on the job description and went beyond the call of duty to help the struggling Lebanon Branch.
