• Installed HVAC-R systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Conducted routine maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.

• I started out as a tech 1, after 6 months I had 12 Walmarts and Sam’s clubs of my own to work on and over see any work being done by outside contractors. I was responsible for ordering their parts as well as verifying the work was completed correctly.
• After 2 years (the required minimum) I passed Walmarts test to become a tech 2. I was at one point asked to over see half of an open area with no technician making it 18 stores for about 4 months.
• After 5 years I took another test and was moved up to tech3 (senior tech).
• As techs we were responsible for maintaining and repairing all the HVAC, Refrigeration, and EMS systems in the stores. We also evaluated the HVAC and Refrigeration equipment for age and over all condition for recommended replacement for Remodel’s.
• We have to maintain records and submit receipts for all company credit card usage as well as vehicle mileage and service.

• Operated machinery to ensure efficient production in fast-paced environment.
• Monitored production lines for quality and safety compliance standards.
• Assisted in training new operators on equipment and safety procedures.

Retrieved carts and helped customers with heavy items when needed.
