Project Type: Deal Management

Project Description: CompassOne is a source application where Microsoft can sell their products to the customers. This is source location where sales team will place deal for customer. Deal process includes four stages prepare, approval and contracting and agreement stages. When a deal is created is begins preparation stage and status would be In Preparation. During preparation stage, user will add customer requested packages/products and validated customer ship to, bill to and sold to customer address. It will remain in this status until all the required reviews are completed and approvals are ready to be started. During Approval process, Microsoft team will provide approval depends upon approval level. It will decide based on Risk factors. Contract will be generated for customer and both parties will be signed on contract in contracting phase. In the final agreement phase, Deal will be submitted to downstream applications.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Functional knowledge on various user stories given by client

• Expertise in identifying the reusable components and test cases for regression suite

• Expertise in finding the RCA for any incident raised in production

• Expertise in leading team and work allocation tasks.

• Having Good experience in following agile scrum methodology.

• Good experience in driving team and consolidating final status of the project.
