* Undertaking the responsibilities of Sany Excavators ranging from 2.7tons to 24tons.

* PDI ( Pre Delivery Inspection) and Commissioning of Excavators at customers site.

* Preparing Maintenance schedule for Excavators and informing to the customer regarding service due.

* Planning of spares and lubes required for periodical maintenance and adhere to maintenance schedule.

* Attending breakdown at customer site and rectifying within shortest period of time.

* Preparing breakdown analysis report and advising the customer about root cause for the breakdown.

* Overhauling of hydraulic components such as Pumps, Motors, Control valves and Cylinders.

• Engine assembly, dismantling, troubleshooting, measuring components, visual quality check on parts
• Excavator, Wheel loader, Maintenance and troubleshooting Hydraulic components seal kits changing and servicing-cylinders hydraulic motors and pumps
• Obtained specialized knowledge on Komatsu excavator PC 3000, LIEBHERR- R996, R9350, R994 , HITACHI- EX2500 Letourneau -L1850 and L2350
• Team handling and Decision making
• Reduction of repeated failures
• Increased equipment availability by ensuring equipment healthy in inspection
• Supporting scheduled maintenance to reduce breakdowns Analysis of scheduled oil sampling and planning of preventive maintenance

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule maintenance of heavy equipment to ensure identification and elimination of equipment breakdowns
