Project manager at a corporate travel company, where I have worked since 2017, first in operations and now on delivery. Most of my work is finding the manual, repetitive parts of how we operate and replacing them with tools I build myself. None of that was my background; I learned to build as the problems came up. I also run IT and Microsoft 365 for the business, and I am the person escalations come to when a booking, payment or ERP issue needs sorting out.

Projects
GDS Segment Parser, HTML, JavaScript, Built alone. In daily use. Agents assembled each client bidding file by hand, pulling data out of three separate sources and checking 24 columns every time. Built a single HTML page that takes pasted GDS segments and returns the finished Excel file. City codes map to the client's own database, so the output goes out without correction. Took about 90% of the time out of the job. Nothing to install; staff bookmark the page.
LCC Access Broker, Chrome extension, Google Apps Script, Built alone. Agents shared one set of login details for the low-cost carrier portals. If a booking went wrong we had no way of telling who had been in the system. Built a Chrome extension with a Google Apps Script backend. Agents sign in under their own credentials, the extension records the session, then fills the portal login and redirects them through. Every portal session now has a name and a time against it.
Email Operations Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Building now. We had no measurement on email work: no view of who was handling what, how long it took, or how many people the volume needed. Power Automate for routing, SharePoint lists for the data, Power BI for reporting, Outlook for intake. Covers productivity tracking, KPIs and FTE workload analysis, with role-based access so agents, team leads and managers each see their own level. Built on Microsoft licences the company already pays for rather than buying a vendor product.
Skypass Travel Website, skypasstravel.com, Designed the company's public site. Designed and built the site the company presents itself with: services, the corporate booking platform, the global network of eight offices across four continents, careers, and a contact form that routes enquiries to corporate sales. Responsive single page with sign-in routing through to the corporate booking portal.
Self-Booking Tool Implementation, Project lead. Three to six months. Ran the implementation end to end: vendor selection, requirements, configuration, UAT, training and go-live. Worked across operations, IT, finance and the vendor's team, around 20 people. Held the scope, schedule and risk log. About 75% of bookings had moved onto the tool within a few months of launch.
Finance Systems, Unit4 Agresso, Trams, PaymentNet, Reconciliation, ERP migration, virtual payments. Automated credit card reconciliation, which had been a manual job every month. Ran ERP administration and migrated financial data between Unit4 Agresso and Trams for a large account portfolio. Set up virtual card payments on JP Morgan PaymentNet and Conferma WebPay.
