I joined JP Morgan as a team lead, then got promoted as Manager and currently hold Associate Vice President Position I hold pride of managing work load and resources of two teams, more than 7 funds and 3 Luxembourg Clients, 200+ Investments across Europe and 12 resources. My experience includes traveling to Dublin for transition of accounting and bank loans process
- Activities under my scope and review would be- Cash Reconciliation, Loan booking, Payments initiation, break management, forward reconciliation, loan reconciliation between JPM and 3rd party fund administration and billing.Setup of New client, funds, Investors static information on Investran/CRM/Geneva/Arcesium

I have also been part of script writing and testing. I was also given the task to migrate 4 clients from Geneva accounting platform to Arcesium accounting platform.

- Checking accuracy of information by reviewing daily exception reports
- Checking Rate of Return on daily basis and identifying the causes for high skewed Rate of Return and updating the transactions to correct the market value which in turns correct the returns
- Processing corporate events, like Stock split, Reverse split, Stock distribution/Spin off, Stock Merger, Name change etc
- According to the Ruling received from Cap rep team, which is determined from the CCH memos received
- Verifying TAX lots and updating cost on them based on the methods FIFO, LIFO and Average Cost etc
- My role also involves interactions with clients and relationship managers answering clients reporting queries and providing a detailed explanation of the queries raised to us
- We also have to take ownership in the client’s upkeep and report delivery, keeping track of sensitive clients and all special procedures
- Audit 5500 and GASB reports and send it to client
- These reports helps client to file their income tax
- Audit, reconcile, maintain, and deliver performance data in the form of reports and statements also known as PACE (Performance Analysis Calculation Engine) reports to the subscribed clients
- These reports help the clients to know and keep a track of the performance of the various securities.
