• MIS reporting : Individually prepared monthly management information reports with respect to finance.
• Others: Future projections for investors and others, monthly variance analysis, industry benchmarking, assistance in merger and synergy identification, Pricing reviews etc.

• Financial Due Diligence - Involving an analysis of historical and forecasted financials to understand the trends, key performance indicators, working capital, net debt, and cash flow.
