⮚ Deal with a wide range of corporate customer accounts in various legal forms/entity types like partnerships, trusts, corporations, entities and individuals.

⮚ An ability to achieve quality for the process.

⮚ Resolving issues from various customers & sending it to the concerned department.

⮚ Validating the documents and the application forms provided by the customers.

⮚ I have mostly done with recon or reconciliation process.

⮚ We maintain Monthly/ weekly reports and try to rectify customer related queries and issues.

⮚ It’s my responsibility to secure data confidentiality to avoid data breech.
