• Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status; administer medications, titrate drips, and perform interventions to stabilize patients' conditions
• Assist in bedside procedures such as cardioversions, Swan-Ganz catheter insertions, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and colonoscopy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Participate in multiple code blues, providing immediate interventions and life-saving measures
• Care for patients requiring hospice/palliative focused treatment, providing patient and family members with emotional support.

Preceptor Role:
