• Preparation of Detailed Drawing of each parts & their sub assembly & assembly.
• Development of Customize Parts as per requirement.
• 2D Drafting of all parts
• Mould trail attending
• Improvement as well as fine tuning after mould trail
• Providing solution in case of manufacturing mistake
• Prepare Design for customer approval.
• Feasibility Preparation
• Trail attending and involving with CFT team in action plan preparation.
• Creating mould library for repeat mould.

• Reduce flow marks in front panel by the mould flow analysis .
• 100% dimensions achieve in T0 trial Y17 project tool .
