With 10 years of past experience, I joined HP/HPE in 2009 in Controllership function as Expert, moved up the ladder over the years with proven track record.

Controllership lead for Sales entity covering the areas of oversight on books close,

Support in USGAAP quarterly reporting around Balance Sheet reviews, Business P&L review, Contingency reporting, SAB108 reporting, ROVAC PTE and Tax forecast and provision bookings & deferred taxes

End to End support for completing IA and IFC audits

Review and finalization of local GAAP Financial Statements, end to end support in closure of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Support in finalizing annual VAT, Service Tax and GST Audits, Transfer pricing certifications and end to end support to Tax team in filing Corporate Tax Returns.

I joined Dell India Pvt Ltd, the Sales entity in India beginning of 2003. The operations size was about USD12Million with just about 100 people. I was part of 3 member finance team. I was part of the entity when it touched USD 1Billion in 2007. Experience highlights include: -

General accounting, Fixed Assets accounting, AR cash application, Indirect Tax compliance, Direct Tax compliance around WHT, Advance taxes and support in filing ITR, Transfer pricing compliance, Tax audits, Support to logistics for customs compliance, preparation and complete support in finalization of local GAAP financials statements, end to end support in completing Statutory audits.

I joined Coca Cola green field factory in 1999. I gained lot of experience during the tenure in Coca Cola understanding the world of accounting and reporting.

when I joined, i was entrusted to handle the freight expenses for the factory which was one of the largest overhead expense, after one year, i was given the incharge to handle the Accounts payable area except for Raw material purchases. Additionally i was given the incharge of Fixed assets accounting, inventory accounting and finally ended up preparing and finalizing the Plant financials for consolidation with the sales operations and region financials. Support in completing the field work for statutory audits, Central excise audits, availment of MODVAT credits, filing of RG23A registers with central excise department.
