• Mine Planning & Design:
  Developed short-term and long-term mine plans aligned with production targets and safety regulations.
  Utilized mine planning software (e.g., Surpac, Whittle, Minesched, AutoCAD) to design optimal pit layouts, haul roads, and Ultimate Pit Limits. Prepared detailed geological cross-sections, development plans, and annual production plans as part of statutory submissions to the Indian Bureau of Mines (IBM) under the approved mining plan. Collaborated with geologists and surveyors for accurate data interpretation and plan validation.
• Excavation & Production Management:
  Supervised daily excavation operations to ensure efficient ore recovery and overburden removal.
  Coordinated with geology and surveying teams for grade control and pit optimization.
  Monitored equipment performance and collaborated with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Drilling & Blasting:
  Designed and executed safe and effective blasting operations, optimizing fragmentation and minimizing dilution of Ore.
  Conducted blast performance analysis and continuously improved blast designs to enhance productivity.
  Ensured strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all blasting activities.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Enforced strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  Conducted risk assessments, safety inspections.
  Participated in safety audits and implemented corrective actions where necessary.

  Led the team of Blasting in the absence of section in-charge .
