• I have been working as a lead in RPS, PLM team and has a hands on mainframe experience
• I have been the first point of contact for the Dormancy process and have been working on the projects end to end right from Business Requirement to Implementation
• Alongwith Dormancy, I have been working as a lead for two of the loans projects, NEST (Earlier RB and now FD Migration) and ICOC Strategies
• I have worked on projects like NCI, BBL, ODR, NEST (RB) and CCA OD last year
• Currently I am working as a lead on 3 dormancy projects along with NEST (First Direct) and ICOC Strategies.

• Working on UK retail banking mortgage mainframe application as a Senior Analyst Developer
• It uses HOGAN ILP system, which is a part of HOGAN banking suite of products and has been heavily customized to suite Barclays requirement, for providing accounting facilities for mortgages
• ILP, integrated loan processing system provides all aspects of account servicing by covering advances, repayments, handling of arrears cases, interest and other charges insurance renewals statement production & redemption of mortgages

Project Name - Direct Debit Controls

Role Played – Senior Programmer/Designer

• The objective of Direct Debit Contols project is to implement additional proactive controls in the systems so as to increase the customer satisfaction and a decrease in complaint. The Controls project is introducing various audit and reconciliation processing across numerous systems which process payment transactions to ensure the integrity of payments data is maintained across and within the systems
• The project has been broken down into various sub projects for example draw downs, direct debits etc and this document covers the changes required to the MMF to support the make a payment functionality
• There were various projects under the controls umbrella
• I have worked on a few interfaces like ‘Faster Payments’ from UKBA., ILP-RRD Controls under Drawdown A Mortgage and currently working on the Payments-Out Controls
• Worked as sole performer as well as was the first point of contact from delivery team
• Worked on Build as well as mentored and worked with junior resources to get their work delivered on time
• Worked with SIT-I and other interface teams for query resolution and timely delivery

Project Name - SRP (Structural Reform Program)

Role Played - Senior Programmer/Designer

• The objective of SRP is to implement the legislations related to ring-fencing. In the UK, the Independent Commission on Banking (ICB) recommended banking reforms in order to improve financial stability and increase competition. The final report, proposed the ‘ring fencing’ of important banking services from the risks associated with other areas of the financial systems. The newly established Uk ring-fenced Bank will be Barclays’ provider of retail and corporate products to UK customers
• Single handedly worked on the development and delivery of the project. I was involved in all the migration tranches and was the sole owner from the development team on this.

Project- One HSBC Core Banking

• I started my career as Team Member in this project and was involved in Coding, testing and in various testing phases of the Code Drop Deliveries
• I was also involved in Technical Document Creation for a complex functionality of Fees and Interest work steam of Core Banking
• I was promoted to Senior Soft Engineer after 3 years of experience and I had been working as a Techno- Functional Potential SME (Subject Matter Expert) for last 6 months and as one of the point of contact at offshore for any technical or functional Query
• Played core member role in Requirement Clarification, Impact Analysis, Design, Coding, Code Review, Unit Testing, End-to-End testing and support system testing
• Have Done Impact analysis on the maintenance modules to identify the impacted programs that are required to change as part of this new Servicing Interface
• I have taken various trainings for the team mates which include DB2, Cobol and on Project topics
• I have worked as a mentor for the junior resources joining the team
• Use to handle communication with client for the queries /Design change requests
• Prepared the HLD and LLDs for many functional requirements
