• Develop and execute brake system testing plans for various automotive components and systems, including foundation brake, ABS, and ESP
• Perform performance, durability, and environmental testing of brake systems and complete vehicle
• Analyse and interpret test data and prepare technical reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to brake systems and complete vehicle
• Participate in the development and validation of new testing procedures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians
• Concern identification, reporting and participate in root cause analysis and concern resolution.
• Periodic measurements, analysis and Life prediction of vehicle system
• Attending and investigation of field issues
• ACHIEVEMENT’S :

· International testing experience for Euro VI emission calibration testing at Chile, South America.

· XUV7OO reliability growth assessment testing.

· High-Altitude functional durability testing of all Mahindra BSVI projects (PV& LCV)

PAN India testing of XUV7OO , Thar, XUV3OO and Marazzo

• Handle the tasks of conducting operational tests of tractor to validate that the product meets standards & customer design specifications
• To conduct Performance, Endurance & durability testing of tractors & components of tractor
• Perform investigation & analysis of failed components
• Daily monitoring of Test vehicles
• Responsible for managing various activities relating to tractor repairs/maintenance for zero break down; following activities Periodical Maintenance, Repairs, Fault finding, Troubleshooting etc

• Handle the tasks of conducting structural and operational tests of tractor to validate product meets standards & customer design specifications.
