Grievance Redressal:

• Addressing customer's complaints raised on social media platforms
• Identifying priority cases and ensuring their timely resolution within the expected time frame
• Make outbound calls to customers to address their grievances and provide a comprehensive resolution to their complaints
• Analyzing thorough Root Cause Analysis for each social media escalated case to prevent future occurrences of similar issues
• Coordinate with various departments to provide an end-to-end solution for customer concerns, ensuring compliance with IRDA TAT.

Data Analysis:

• Sorting and filtering: Organize data by arranging columns and using filters to display relevant information
• Pivot Tables: Analyze large volumes of data and generate comprehensive reports
• Charts: For data visualization produce a range of charts (bar, line, pie, etc.)
