• Designed KPI frameworks and integrated results into dealer incentives, driving score improvements (Walk-In: 58→64%, Tele-In: 67→82%, Web-In: 37→71%).
• Directed Dealer Excellence Audits, embedding compliance and customer experience metrics into dealer performance management.

• Managed multi-crore budgets, provisions, procurement, and financial governance for the Business & Brand Development function.
