SAP Basis Administration:

• Provided SAP Basis support, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks for a large-scale SAP landscape
• Handling SAP Systems which are having HANA DB

• Have raised many OSS in SAP Portal home page and searched for many SAP Notes for regular issues which we had faced.
• Have a good knowledge on creating IVIEWS, Roles and work set in manual and coding method.
• Assigned with many of the critical Transactional Codes in both Production and Non-Production.
• Worked around the clock to provide support to the customer end.
• Have a pleasant experience in tools like SNOW and service now, and an active member in those resolver groups.
• Awarded with On-the-Spot Award and, everyday start which will be given in quarterly basis.
