• Constraint Analysis: Analyze patent with several branded product of same active ingredient, so that we could have understand whether the patent will prevent the generic entry into the market or not.
• Brand / Product Search: Pharmaceutical product searching of various countries from their respective regulatory websites such as: Japan - PMDA, United State - USFDA, Europe - EMA, Canada - Health Canada,Australia - TGA
• Having experience in patent term extension and supplementary protection certificate (SPC)
• Knowledge of various types of exclusivities: New Chemical Entity Exclusivity
  (NCE) Orphan Drug Exclusivity (ODE) Pediatric Drug Exclusivity (PDE)
• Literature Search, Freedom to operate, Patentability, Invalidity, Hatch-

• Preparation of patent landscape reports for US, Europe, Canada and India markets
• Preparation of IP reports for ROW countries
• Providing Non-Infringing or FTO opinions w.r.t strategies provided by R&D
• Regulatory support w.r.t providing patent certifications and exclusivity statements
• Escalating latest happenings in IP to team
• Providing label carve outs in view of unexpired patent/ exclusivities
• Preparing file histories and come up with strategies
• Supporting product selection team by providing preliminary patent summary
• Tracking pending patent applications for their grant and communicate to the team
• Searching product information in various paid databases like ARK, IMS, IPD, Scifinder, Newport & Patseer.
