- Verification of truck's EUF's in RIG and Truck to the latest baseline.
- Identify the root cause of failing HIL Test cases for network management and filling the gaps by debugging.
- Discussion and clarification with the functional development teams to confirm the issues identified.
- Performing SWDL for various products to the latest baseline.
- Validation of various UDS(ISO 14229) services during the process of remote software download.
- Worked on validation and verification of various EUF(End user functionalities) for different ECU’s on HIL setup.
- Performed smoke, black box tests for various ECU’s , to ensure basic level functionalities in current RIG setups.
- Verification of ADAS End user functions that includes features like LKS, LDWS,AEBS,MFC,MTC,BSIS,MOIS.
- Develop the test plan and scope of testing based on the test strategy to ensure maximum requirement coverage.
- Review the Functional Requirement Specifications in collaboration with the function development team to ensure the requirements are testable at the system level.
- Writing and reviewing of test descriptions for end to end functionalities.
- To identify and analyze bugs in the software and collaborating with developers for a faster resolution.

- Automatic Rain Sensing Wiper and Automatic Headlamps :
- The system senses varying rain/snow conditions and ambient light conditions using rain-light sensor, temperature from BCM data and vehicle speed from ABS data. Using this, it decides and automatically operates the wind-shield wipers and headlamps.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyzing SWR sheet and approving testability of requirements.
- Flashing .vbf files to Real ECU’s & Check SW Compatibility issues.
- Involved in UDS Connectivity testing between Tester & Real ECU.
- Performing Black Box testing for Positive & Negative tests in System Testing.
- Experienced in Testing SID-10,11,2E,3E,27,31,23,19 & NRC’s.
- Involved in Full Loop/Regression Testing.

- Collaborated with tech streams to analyze and report issues found in the system to expedite the bug resolution process.
- Electronic Differential Lock :
Electronic Differential Lock uses ABS sensors on the driven wheels to determine if one wheel if spinning faster than the others. It uses the ABS system to momentarily apply braking to balance out the traction needs of the driven wheels. It also uses an electromagnet to lock the axles together (locked differential) so that both wheels receive full power from the engine and will provide the maximum traction overcome the difficult condition. - Roles & Responsibilities:
