Role:- Project Engineer and Package Manager for MH system

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review of technical offers from various process licensors.
• Preparation of Business case.
• Preparation of RFQ, Offer reviews, technical Bid Evaluations, Bid clarifications and recommendations.

• NMDC, Kirandul (Iron Ore)-900TPH-Crushing Plant.
• AMAK, Saudi Arabia (Volcanogenic massive Sulphide)-400 TPH Crushing and Screening Plant.
• Devdari Mines JSW, Tornagallu (Iron ore) -250 TPH 2 Stage Crushing and screening plant.
• Bhadra Mines JSW, Tornagallu (Iron ore) -250 TPH 2 Stage Crushing and screening plant.
• Vishnusurya (Granite)-350 TPH Modular Crushing and Screening Plant.
• JSW (Slag)-200TPH Crushing and Screening Plant for Sand Application.
• KL Enterprises-600TPH-4 Stage Crushing and Screening Plant.
• Madras Mines (Granite) -250 TPH 3 Stage Crushing and screening plant.
• Divon Rock Products, Kanhangad Kerala -250 TPH 3 Stage Crushing and screening plant. Etc

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of flow sheet, equipment list and conveyor data sheet.
• Preparation of layout.
• Making site visit and checking feasibility of layout as per site conditions.
• Preparation of BOQ for the plant including man hours estimation based on the plant configurations.
• Preparation of technical specification and proposal document.
• Replying to client queries and assist sales team during order finalizations and during project phase.
• Making detailed engineering drawings for the project.
• Introduced new methods, practices, and systems to reduce turnaround time.
• Supporting and resolving queries from site construction team, Erection team, Commissioning team and Maintenance team.

• 2X660 MW Thermal Power plant at Chhabra units 5&6, Rajasthan
• 2X600 MW Thermal Power plant at Kalisindh units 1&2, Rajasthan
• Harduaganj Thermal Power Station Extension- II (1x660 MW)
• 2X250 MW Thermal Power plant at Chhabra units 3&4, Rajasthan
• 2 x 800 MW plants at Udupi, Karnataka and at Godda, Jharkhand

Roles and responsibilities:-

• Preparation of detailed layout/plot plan and system design in coordination with other departments.
• Preparation of flow diagrams and equipment list.
• Basic and detail design calculations, both manual and with the aid of design software packages for conveyors, crusher, screen and other equipments and systems.
• Preparation of basic studies, specifications and contract documents for Coal Handling System, ash handling system, compressed air system, mill reject handling system, Station building EOT cranes and Miscellaneous cranes & Hoists.
• Technical Bid Evaluations, Bid clarifications and recommendations.
• Review & approval of Vendor drawings and design calculations for the coal handling plant involving Wagons unloading by wagon tippler, stacking and reclaiming by reversible Stacker cum reclaimer, crushing, screening and bunker feeding by tripper conveyors.
• Review & approval of Vendor drawings and design calculations for Ash handling plant (AHP) involving Jet pump system, Scrapper chain conveyor system. Dense phase pressure type pneumatic conveying system for fly ash handling system.
• Review & approval of Vendor drawings and design calculations for compressed air system, mill reject handling system cranes and hoists.
• Checking of civil drawings with mechanical interfaces.
• Document management System.
