High-rise large Residential building (20– Floors), including 6-floors multilevel car parking and one Basement.
2.5BHK and 2BHK High End premium flats.
Total 14 years of residential building projects
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all civil structural and finishing activities including flat hand over to customer
Assisting the co-ordination with structure and finishing contractors, supplier and other operatives at the construction site
Working closely with the site superintendent and project managers to perform each task safely, efficiently, on time and under budget
Managing the settings out, leveling and surveying the site
Ensuring all that materials are used as per work order and work performed are as per specifications.
Supervising the selection and raising requisition of materials and machinery. Planning the daily works with the contractor as per the weekly schedule
Efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Preparing and generating daily progress reports, next-day planning, material Inventory register, and other related reports
Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions Maintaining safety, quality control and progress.
Lead the team and contractors.

Project – VGN FAIRMONT - CHENNAI
This project having 7 towers with 681 units on 11 acres in Guindy Chennai
Each tower having (14– Floors), with 2-Basement for car parking
The structure was made by conventional form work.
And the aminities are roof top swimming pool and club house
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assigned as a site engineer civil execution in building construction from the foundation to Final finishing and handing over to the customer.
Individual Responsible for the site all HSE, Quality, Reputation and productivity.
Everyday morning conducting Toolbox talk about the job.
Execution and monitoring the job as per the Drawings and client requirement with quality as per BOQ.
Preparation of subcontractor Bills in every month on time.
On time Reporting to the manager.
Individual site handling.
Pre-Plan for the next day work
Studying the drawings and analyzing the quantity.
Conducting weekly and monthly meeting with contractor and vendors regarding quality, safety and progress related agendas

I have worked as a construction site engineer execution.
Responsible for the building construction, all structural and finishing activities.
Flats finishing snagging and customer snagging.
Project started From the Building Earth work excavation finished up to building handed over to the customer.
Involved in all structure Earth work excavation, formwork and Reinforcement and concreting activities.
Block work, plastering, water proofing, tiling and granite. painting, plumbing and electrical related all activities.
Carparking area screed flooring with finishing .
