• Provided ongoing support for SAP APO modules, including Demand planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP).
• Trouble shoot complex planning issues, and ensuring timely resolution to enhance the organization's supply chain operations.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define and gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for APO solutions.
• Initiated and successfully implemented several enhancements in the existing configuration to resolve critical production issues and meet business needs.
• Configured and customized planning books, data views, and macros for efficient forecasting and reporting in demand planning.
• CIF Management, ensured seamless integration between SAP ECC and APO using CIF.
• Monitored and managed batch jobs and resolved system performance issues to ensure no SLA breach.
• Supported the development of custom ABAP reports for process optimization.
• Conducted system health check activities during maintenance windows.
• Prepared Fixed SNP planned orders report, CCR reports on daily basis.
• Location setup in APO, Manual Forecast upload, Master data clean up task, Customizing variants and selection profiles, Deletion of master data - PPM, Resources, and PAGs etc.,
• Developed training materials and conducted end-user training sessions for APO functionalities and processes.
