Nature of the job:


The process involves booking license and support for the Direct and Indirect customer (VAD & Partners). Once the booking is done then revenue is generated. We work on Online orders placed by VAD’s, Partners (Royalty, MySQL) & Direct customers. We do quality checking of the documents and agreements involved in the deal. We work with different teams like Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable, Collections, Credits, Cash Applications, Sales admin, CAST, Data desk and Rev Rec etc. To close the deals which have queries, we speak to customer and other internal teams, resolve the issue and book the orders.
