This application has the following modules like Share Registration, Share holders, Payments, Documents and Correspondence, Dividend, ESP, PSD, Corporate Action etc. SIRIUS plays a major role between the Clients and share holders.

CLA is an automation process to extract the details of BT exchanges on their hardware changes day by day. They are the Exchange blueprint drawings (CAD) which would be stored in a Vault server with all coordinates and any changes with respect to the cables flow & on the racks of exchanges. The Hardware team will upload the changes and from the drawings we need to convert it into readable format and upload to Database.

Loan Management & Accounting, Financial Accounting, Recovery Management, HRM,

Salary / Pay Roll, EPF, EGF, Bonds, Subsidy, Refinance, Insurance and Physical Assets Management.Each module has different process. For Example, the Loan Management and accounting

Module consists of the following process,

Application Entry   - Creating the application for Loan.

Customer Master  - Creating the customer who applied for the different types of loans.

Sanction details   - The Applied Amount is Sanctioned by using the sanction authority.

Loan Ledger  - After the Amount is sanctioned, Loan account is created and disbursed.

Loan Monitoring - The Installment amount for the Loan is Scheduled and Monitored properly.

The Application deals with two End user status (i.e.)

1. Checker Status - user who enters the data

2. Maker Status - User who verify the data (Higher Authority)
